Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation by contacting our customer care team. Please note that changes or cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, additional charges may apply.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Certain high-performance vehicles may require a minimum age of 25.

We require a deposit to cover potential expenses such as traffic fines and Salik toll charges incurred during your rental period.

You are responsible for fuel during your rental. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup. We recommend photographing the fuel gauge upon collection for reference.

Full-day rentals (24 hours) include a 60-minute grace period for returns. Beyond this, hourly charges apply. Returns exceeding 3 hours late will incur an additional full-day rental fee.

Salik is Dubai's electronic toll collection system. Each passage through a toll gate incurs a 5 AED charge, which is the renter's responsibility during the rental period.

The deposit varies by vehicle, typically ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 AED.

Our system schedules a reminder 28 days post-rental to initiate your deposit refund via international bank transfer.

In case of an accident, do not leave the scene. Contact the police immediately. For minor damages without injuries, move the vehicle to the roadside. For significant damage or injuries, do not move the vehicle. Obtain a police report and submit it to RTW Rides Car Rental L.L.C.
