Why we require a deposit?The deposit includes expenses related to traffic fines and Salik toll gate charges accrued by the driver throughout the rental duration.

Can i modify or cancel my reservation?You have the option to adjust or cancel your current reservation by reaching out to our customer care representative. It is important to be aware that any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of changes or cancellations within the 48-hour window, additional charges may apply.

Fuel charges?You are responsible for the fuel expenses during your rental period. The vehicle may or may not come with a full tank so be sure to check this with your customer care representative. Please note, you are required to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as you when you collected it. We recommend taking a picture of the fuel level at the time of collection as proof.

Are the any age restrictions?The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience.

What is the return vehicle policy?Full day rentals (24 hours) include a 1 hour (60 minutes) grace period to allow you to return the vehicle back to us. After this, hourly charges apply. In the event that the vehicle is returned 3 hours late (180 minutes), the full-day rate will apply.

What is Salik toll gate?Salik, Dubai's electronic toll collection system, features toll gates distributed throughout the city. Each time a vehicle passes through a gate, 5 AED is automatically deducted. As the renter or driver, you are responsible for covering the Salik toll gate charges throughout the rental period.

How much is the deposit?The deposit amount varies based on the chosen vehicle, either 3000 or 5000 AED.

Why do we return the deposit after 28 days and not immediately?Traffic fines in Dubai may take several days or even weeks to appear on the system. To account for this, we allow 28 days to return the deposit, ensuring we are covered in case any fines are incurred during your rental period.

How will we remember to send you back your deposit?We have a detailed client database that includes scheduled notifications set to remind us 28 days after the rental term to start the deposit refund process. The deposit will be returned through an international bank transfer.

What should i do if i'm involved in a car accident or the car is damaged during my rental?In the event of an accident, it is crucial not to leave the scene and to contact the police immediately. If there are no injuries and the vehicle damage is minor, drivers are advised to move their vehicles to the side of the road to prevent traffic congestion. However, if the damage is significant or there are injuries, the vehicles should not be moved. Obtain the police report and submit it to RTW Rides Car Rental L.L.C.
